The Foundation for Healthy Communities has planned this Workshop to be a forum for bringing all elements of a successful Fall prevention / reduction program to participating hospitals and mobility teams. Participants will learn about strategic implementation of interventions and sustaining and spreading the improvements across the hospital. We encourage hospitalists, pharmacists, nurses, rehab specialists (PT/OT) and quality program leaders to attend.
