Capture this special time with your family and support hurricane relief for Cuba. In exchange for your tax free donation you will receive

  • 20 minute photo session
  • 5 edited digital images
  • use of all vintage props and shoot styling

The minimum suggested donation for each booking is $200. Silver and Gold donor levels are $300 and $350 respectively. My goal is to raise $10,000.

FAQs

Can I bring my fur baby?

Yes, your animal is family and we welcome pets for your shoot. If you are bringing a pet, please contact me directly so that I can ensure animal harmony in case another family has their pet on premise. I will do my best to separate pet time slots since most likely your pet will be off leash. The property is large and animal friendly.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Bedayn Barn is located one driveway down from 10 Country Oak Lane, Alamo. It is in Northgate. There is plenty of parking

What can I bring into the event?

Come as you are, we will have an emergency kit table including:

  • combs, brushes, clips, rubber bands
  • baby wipes
  • safetypins
  • mess free snacks and beverages

Can I ask the photographer to take specific photos like husband/wife or kids only?

Prior to the event, you will receive a questionnaire to help prepare you and your photographer for the shoot. You are welcome to use this as a family photo session or kids only. If you have specific photo requests, please let us know in advance. The success of our event is tied to how well we maximize the 2 hours of light and we are booking families in back to back time slots. We want to make sure you get your requested shots in your allotted time frame.

What's the refund policy?

Due to the fundraising nature of our event and because we are booking specific time slots that are donated by our photographers, I am unable to refund your donation. However if you know in advance you can not make your time slot, I will do my best to contact other families and ask if they will swap a slot with you. I can not guarantee your slot will be switched.

Where is my donation going?

Your tax deductible donation will go to The Bridge. The Bridge is a Christian Ministry run by a local Alamo family. Cuba was directly over the path of Hurricane Irma and the Bridge supports the needs of over 20 churches and their congregations. Currently thousands of people are without food and water, flood waters have not receded and many are without communication. The Bridge will personally oversee distribution and utilization of funds to assure there is no waste.
