Welcome to the sex education you didn't get in school!

In each class we'll talk about the topics that come up most in my conversations, so I'm willing to bet you're interested in them too:

  • Exploring kink - When the idea turns you on but you're not sure what to do
  • Body image and sex - Enjoying sex even if you're not happy with how your body looks
  • Libido and desire - What happened to it? How do I get it back?
  • Exploring non-monogamy - How do you get started without destroying your relationship?
  • Talking about sex with a partner - Despite what you've heard, "if you love me you'll know what to do" doesn't work!
  • Same-sex attraction - When you've started feeling things you haven't felt before
  • And more!

There are 14 classes in total, and you’re welcome to cherry pick the topics you're interested in, or purchase a pass to get them all.

Purchasing a class gets you entry into the live class, plus a recording of the class.

All classes are held on Sundays at 5 pm Pacific / 8 pm Eastern.

We'll kickstart the series with weekly classes in February:

  • February 5 - Tie Me, Spank Me, Talk Dirty To Me: Dipping your toes into kink
  • February 12 - How can I enjoy sex if I hate how my body looks? : Body image and sex
  • February 19 - Why has my libido tanked and what can I do about it? : Libido and desire
  • February 26 - I'm a feminist. Why do I want to be spanked? : When your identity clashes with your desires

Then we'll move to the final Sunday of each month (topics are tentative and may change based on the interests of the people attending the series):

  • March 26 – Tune in to your turn-ons: What do you actually want?
  • April 30 – I’ve never talked to my partner about sex: Starting the conversation
  • May 28 – Am I normal? : Exploring your fantasies
  • June 25 – O : All about orgasms
  • July 30 – Am I going to get in trouble for saying that? : Demystifying words, acronyms, and labels about sex, sexuality, and gender
  • August 27 – I like to watch : Exhibitionism and voyeurism
  • September 24 – I’ve started dreaming about … : Exploring same-sex attraction
  • October 29 – What if I want more than “The One”? : Exploring non-monogamy without destroying your relationship
  • November 26 – Sex over time : How sex changes as we get older

Finally, we'll have a final wrap-up and Ask Me Anything on Sunday, December 10!

Each class is scheduled for 90 minutes, and I’ll stay on the line with the recording running for up to another half hour to make sure we cover as many questions as possible.

You’re welcome to send questions in advance if you know you can’t be there, and I’ll make sure to answer them on the recording.

If you’re feeling turned on by the very idea of having these conversations in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space – register right now while you’re still juiced! It’s so easy to let your sex life take last priority, so flip the script RIGHT NOW, while you’re feeling the energy. Make sex a priority.

Are these classes for me?

This series is for individuals or couples and is open to all genders, sexualities, etc. You must be at least 18 years of age to attend. You do not need to have a partner or any experience to attend the class.

Bring an open mind and all the questions you haven't had anywhere else to ask!

This is for you if:

  • you're over 18
  • you're longing for more satisfaction in your current sex life
  • you're seeking new adventures with your current partner
  • you're single and yearning for confidence with potential partners
  • you're comfortable with conversations that include reference to a variety of sexualities, genders, and relationship structures

This is NOT for you if:

  • you're hoping to get a lot of one-on-one attention focusing on your particular situation; there will be plenty of time for us to interact, but this is not the place to get private coaching
  • you're seeking instruction on specific sexual activities – I’m happy to refer you to trusted colleagues who offer these services

"You will (finally!) get to talk about and explore your sexual desires, your proclivities, your blind spots and your most intimate sexual needs with someone who is fully present, non-judgmental and deeply wise."
