The North Hill Preservation Association, Inc. presents "Fall in Love with North Hill - The Historic North Hill District Tour of Homes". The tour will take place on Sunday, October 16, 2016 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
This rare private home tour will feature six, never before opened to the public, historic homes dating from the late 1800's. Guests will enjoy traveling back in time as they stroll through the neighborhood seeing rare, vintage automobiles which will be displayed along the tour route, and enjoy treats from an old-fashioned neighborhood lemonade and bake shop stand, and enjoy live glassblowing demonstrations from our friends at First City Arts Center. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Tickets for this history and fun-filled Historic North Hill District Tour of Homes are $20 in advance through Eventbrite on our website. Advance tickets will also be available beginning September 1st at the following retail outlets: Creative House 1200 North Palafox Street, Pensacola; Ooodles Antique Mall 3733 West Navy Blvd, Warrington; Sage and Ivy Designs 4616 Woodbine Road, Pace; and Copper Possum Antique Mall 7060 U.S. Highway 90, Milton.
Tickets will also be available on the day of the tour for $25 at 20 West Lee Street, Pensacola. The event will be held rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable.
All attendees must check in at 20 West Lee Street to get your tour booket which will allow you admission into the homes. You can view the homes in any order from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. once you pick up your tour booklet. We look forward to seeing you there!

Can you view the homes in any order?
Absolutely! After you pick up your tour booklet at 20 West Lee Street, you are free to view the homes in any order. We recommend that if you see a long line at a particular home, that you go to the next one and come back to it later.
What are my parking options?
FREE Parking will be available at 1301 North Palafox Street, and on all neighborhood streets.
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
No. Children are welcome to attend but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children 13 and under are FREE.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Backpacks, large purses, high heels, pets, smoking, vaping, food or drinks will NOT be allowed inside the homes. Strollers may be parked outside of each home with the docents.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, for all advance purchases please bring your ticket.
Will tickets be available at the event?
Yes, tickets will be available for $25 at 20 West Lee Street on the day of the event beginning at 11 a.m. Cash and credit cards accepted. Save $5 and waiting in long ticket lines by purchasing your tickets in advance through our website or at our many ticket vendor locations around town.
What attire is appropriate to wear?
Casual attire with comfortable walking shoes is appropriate. We request you keep in mind the delicate nature of the hardwood floors in many of the homes. If you have high-heeled shoes or shoes that may damage the floors, you will be asked to remove them in the home. Booties will be available to put over shoes or socks.
May I take photos inside the homes?
Out of respect for the homeowners, no photography or video is allowed 'inside' the homes. Please feel free to take photos outside around the neighborhood.
Will refreshments be available?
Yes, there will be a Lemonade Stand and Bake Shop area in Alabama Square with cold beverages and delicious treats for a nominal charge. Cash and major credit cards are accepted.
Will restrooms be available?
Restrooms, handwash stations, and first aid center will be available at Alabama Square (401 West Gonzalez Street). There will be no restrooms available inside the tour homes.
Are the homes handicapped accessible?
Unfortunately no. These are private residences and are not handicapped accessible.
What is the refund policy?
The Event will be held rain or shine. No Refunds.
