About this Event

This class will give you the recipes and techniques you need to feed your guests well at your next house party. Recipes covered include skillet seafood dip and crispy pita points, savory Boursin cheese cream puffs, sun-dried tomato palmiers, sourdough crostini with warm brie and fig spread, sweet potato fritters with scallion pesto, bacon-wrapped dates wrapped with black pepper honey, and French onion tartlets with chipped Parmesan cheese.
