Description

Indulge on the abundance of the fall harvest. On Thursday, October 18, Executive Chef Timothy Fischer, Loews Minneapolis Hotel, will create a five-course dinner that showcases the bounty of harvest season.

Each course will be expertly paired with Beaujolais wines. Beaujolais is a small region in France located outside Lyon south of Burgundy. This region produces almost exclusively red wine made from Gamay Noir grapes. The grapes are grown on the region’s granite slopes, which imparts the fruit with a fresh fruity, yet mineral quality.

The Fall Harvest Dinner will take place on Thursday, October 18 at 6 p.m. Reservations are required. The five course dinner and wine pairings is $100 per person. A 20% gratuity is added to ticket prices. Price does not include tax. Tickets can be purchased online. Space is limited and is on a first sold basis.
