Fall Fitness Series Virtual HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
The Fall Fitness Series offers Bostonians and visitors FREE workouts in parks throughout Boston and virtually. Open to all fitness levels.

About this event
This class is a total body workout that will get your heart rate pumping and will include a warm up followed by blocks of body-weight exercises that target the upper body, lower body, core and cardio for a full body experience. We will end with a cool down and some stretching. The class is high intensity, but modifications will be offered for all fitness levels. We encourage you to join weekly to benchmark your fitness level and get stronger as the weeks progress.
