Fall Commencement Special Seating & Disability Parking Tickets
Guests who are unable to climb or sit in the bleachers are welcomed to reserve seats in the Special Seating Area (folding chairs on floor level behind graduates). We ask that requests are limited to those who need special accommodations plus two additional people to assist. We understand that this may cause families and guests to be separated during the ceremony and apologize for that inconvenience. However, in order to accommodate the growing number of guests with special needs, we must ask that only those needing special seating utilize those seats.
Due to high demand, we must limit the number of seats one can request to 6 tickets.
Do I need passes to attend commencement?
Guests attending the UW Oshkosh Commencement Ceremonies do not need passes. Guests with disabilities and mobility issues may reserve seating through our online ticketing portal.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Free Parking is available in all University Lots on Commencement Day. Guests with disabilities and those with mobility issues may download a special parking pass from this site.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Please contact our Office of Special Events at 920/424-0344 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
