Come with us to Eastern Market Detroit to experience the Michigan Brewers Guild Fall Beer Festival on Friday. It is held outside in Eastern Market in Downtown Detroit. Sample Michigan beer from 80+ breweries and 800+ beer options. Ticket includes: bus transportation and can koozie, first beer, water & snacks on a motorcoach bus - $37.50 each.

Beer Festival Bus - Frequently Asked Questions
When & Where: Bus Pickup #1 - 2:45pm - Clubhouse BFD - 2265 Crooks Rd. Rochester Hills, MI 48309. Bus Pickup #2 - 3:15pm - Corner of 6th & Lafayette Ave - Parking Garage - 514 S. Lafayette Ave, Royal Oak, MI 48067. The Festival general admission is from 5pm - 9pm. Enthusiast members can get in at 4pm. We plan to have the bus there between 3:45-4pm. The bus will depart the festival by 9:30pm. Don't be late! We operate on a specific timeline. Please be at the designated departure location at least 20 minutes prior to the tour's start time. Tour start times are firm; however ending times may vary slightly due to weather and traffic. Call the number listed on your ticket with any issues.
What kind of bus will we be traveling on? Motor City Brew Tours works with multiple fully licensed and insured transportation partners. For Beer Festivals, we typically use a 47-56 passenger motor coach with a bathroom, cushy seats and TV monitors onboard. Both offer you a safe and reliable way to enjoy the day!
Where should I park? Bus Pickup #1 - Clubhouse BFD - 2265 Crooks Rd. Rochester Hills, MI 48309. Please park in the rear of the parking lot. Bus Pickup #2 - Royal Oak - Use the 6th/Lafayette Parking garage - 514 S. Lafayette Ave, Royal Oak, MI 48067. The ticket defaults to say the pickup is Rochester Hills. If you picked the Royal Oak pickup when you ordered the ticket, that is where we will expect to find you!
Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Reservation Fees received by Motor City Brew Tours for Bus Tours & Walking Tours are non-refundable and not transferable to other events. If you are unable to attend an event, tour tickets can be transferred to another guest. They just give your name at the event event check in. Motor City Brew Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour. Should this occur, your reservation fee will be transferable toward another event or fully refunded.
How do I redeem a gift certificate? Redeem your gift certificates by emailing us - Info@MotorCityBrewTours.com. Tell us the tour date you want, your contact cell# and the gift certificate #. We will email you back the ticket! If you owe a little more money less the gift certificate, we will email you a online invoice to pay the ticket price difference. Once paid, we will send you over a ticket confirmation from our ticketing provider, Eventbrite.
How old do I have to be to attend an event? Since our tours will involve alcohol, we only offer our tours to adults aged 21 and over. Please bring your State Identification or driver's license to present to your tour guide upon arrival. Motor City Brew Tours follows all state of Michigan liquor/consumption laws.
Can I bring food or beer on the bus tour? Yes, beer and food is allowed on the bus. Remember, you are going to a beer festival to drink all day. Please pace yourself! For the Michigan brewers guild festivals, you can bring in a small cooler with food and water (no alcohol or bottles). You can also bring in bag chairs and even pop-up tents. You can store everything under the bus during the to/from.
