Wednesdays, 10am-noon, September 25 - November 13

Compassion Cultivation Training© (CCT) is an eight-week program designed to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness for oneself and for others. The CCT protocol was developed at Stanford University by a team of contemplative scholars, clinical psychologists, and researchers.

This course includes:

  • A two-hour weekly class with teaching, discussion, and in-class exercises.

  • Access to online guided meditations to support a daily practice of developing loving kindness, empathy, and compassion.

  • Practical applications to explore and develop compassionate thoughts and actions in real life.

Learn more at www.compassioninstitute.com and www.lauralbanks.com.

A free introduction to CCT and Q&A session will be offered at UUCS on Wednesday, September 11 at 10am. Registration is avaliable here.
