SUPERVISORS: update your supervisory skills and knowledge with these interactive, practical and affordable trainings! Registration fee includes manual. Attendees who complete the series will receive a Certificate of Supervision in Social Services & Mental Health, Level I in partnership with the Human Services Specialist Program at Chattanooga State College.

**AFTER REGISTERING YOU WILL RECEIVE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ACCESS THE CLASS AND THE HANDOUTS**

*Note: Level II will be offered in the winter and Level III in the spring.

Nov. 8th from 4:00-5:30p: Supervision Types

Supervision can be administrative, clinical, or supportive. This session explores the purpose and function of the various types; many supervisors may perform all three types in their job.

Nov. 15th from 4:00-5:30p: The Business of Supervision

Supervisors must also understand the perspective of management towards supervision and why outcomes and results matter.

Nov. 29th rom 4:00-5:30p: To Thine Ownself Be True

Effective supervisors should know their own learning style, areas of strength and growth, and how to leverage these when supervisor others. *This session includes use of self-assessment tools.

Dec. 6th from 4:00-5:30p: Essential Toolkit for Supervisors (Level 1)

Effective supervisors have tools they can use to evaluate, to support, to promote, and to build a team. *This session includes use and review of various evidence-based supervisory tools.
