CME Cost

There is an additional $25.00 fee for CME credits*. Only medical physicians requesting CMEs will pay this fee.  


Registration and Payment Information

1. Choose the ticket type and quantity needed, then select the green "order now" button.

2.  If paying by credit card, use the drop down box next to Payment Method and select "Credit/Debit Card"and complete the registration information. The total amout charged to the credit card is $50.00 plus a $3.74 processing fee ($53.74 Total) or $75.00 plus a $5.12 processing fee ($80.12 Total) if requesting CME.

3. If paying by check, use the drop down box next to Payment Method and select "pay by check”. and complete the registration information.  Please send a check or money order in the amount of $50.00 plus a $2.24 processing fee ($52.24 Total) or $75.00 plus a $2.87 processing fee ($77.87 Total) if requesting CME, to the address below prior to the event.

Parking

There is free parking provided at The Garrison. Please park in the surface parking lot at the front of the building. 

 

Overnight Accommodation

Fort Harrison has kindly blocked off rooms for our guests at the Fort Harrison State Park Inn located minutes from The Garrison.  The room block is being reserved until September 26, 2017.  If you are traveling from out of town and would like to stay overnight on October 10, 2017, please make your reservation at your earliest convenience.  Please call the Fort Harrison State Park Inn at 317-638-6000 to reserve a room.  Be sure to mention the group code 1110 HD when you make the reservation.
