My name is Teisha, aka Coach T and as a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Personal Trainer I have helped many on their journey to health. The issue isn't a lack of knowing what to do and what not to do; but in a world of numerous cookie cutter programs and "get thin quick schemes" we have somehow forgotten that weight loss is not the ultimate goal...health is. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, and as I coach my clients to total health, I ensure that the focus stays on the big picture.
