Vision to Action: Learning’s Strategic Force
Looking for growth and improved results? Look no further than your L&D department. Done right, learning and development is the catalyst for growth, that one indispensable but often overlooked element that can multiply and magnify your individual and organizational performance. The challenge to chief learning officers is to take a learning vision and put it into action. Join us at the Fall 2013 Chief Learning Officer Magazine Symposium as we explore how learning can be used to magnify your organization’s performance.

What is the LIP Awards Dinner?
Now in their 10th year, the CLO Learning In Practice awards recognize industry leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs. More than 60 awards will be given during the Fall 2013 CLO Symposium in two categories: practitioner and provider.
NEW THIS YEAR: We will be hosting a separate awards dinner to honor this year's award recipients on Monday, September 30, 2013. There will be a networking reception at 5:30 pm, followed by dinner, a keynote presentation from last year's CLO of the Year, Pat Crull and then the awards presentation. Immediately following, all Symposium and dinner guests are invited to join us for a special concert event featuring headline entertainment (to be announced).
The cost to attend the dinner is $199.
