1) When and where is The Foodie Experience?

2) Do I need to wear a Costume?

Come as you are or dress up in a costume.

3) What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket to this culinary adventure includes tastings from more the 50 chefs, restaurants, and culinary artisans along with drinks from over 30 beer, wine, and spirit makers, live music & entertainment. For an upgraded experience, our VIP ticket holders will enjoy free Valet parking, access to a special area within the festival to enjoy food and beverage offerings available exclusively to them, and early entrance into the event (30 minutes prior).

4) Can I bring my child?

Sorry, No one under the age of 21 is allowed entry into the event. This includes children or babies in strollers accompanying their parents. They will not be admitted.

5) I can't find my emailed tickets, where are they?
Your tickets are generally delivered shortly after purchase to the email address you provide. If you didn’t receive them, it may have been a typo of your email address during your purchase. If it’s been more than a few hours and you can’t find them, contact Eventbrite via email at support@eventbrite.com and request a re-sent ticket confirmation, OR view the Eventbrite Help Center article “Where are my Tickets?” for additional steps.

6) What are the advantages of purchasing VIP tickets?
VIP patrons gain access to the event 30 minutes prior to general admission attendees and we pre-scan all VIP tickets so that they can take advantage of as much of the extra time as possible. VIP attendees will have wristbands and a dedicated entrance at least 1 hour into the event. VIPs receive free Valet parking , VIP Area of exclusive food and beverage samples.

7) What items are not allowed in the event?
Weapons (knives, pepper spray, any concealed weapons or firearms, etc.)
Illegal drugs, chemicals, fireworks
Backpacks, suitcases, coolers, or other large bags
Unapproved marketing material of any kind (pamphlets, handouts, advertisements)
All bags are subject to search upon entry to the event. Security reserves the right to request patrons to return prohibited items to their vehicle, or dispose of these items; non-cooperation may lead to ejection from the facility.

8) Can I bring my dog or pet?
Sorry, no animals are allowed at The Foodie Experience.




Photography and Marketing Policy
We encourage you to take still photographs at the event! In fact, we hope after the event that you’ll post some photos to our Facebook page and tag us. Video recording equipment will require media credentials and requires pre-approval by event staff.

Intoxicated Patrons
All event attendees are expected to drink responsibly. Any guest who is believed to be intoxicated when entering the event will be denied entry, and a refund for your admission will not be provided. We’ll have plenty to go around, so please don’t pre-party!

Any attendee who is found intoxicated or causing general disturbance will be asked to leave the facility without a refund.

Refund Policy
All sales are Final. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets and do not issue refunds once tickets are purchased. If the event gets canceled, you more than likely won’t need to do a thing: provided you entered a valid email address, we’ll inform you of the cancellation by email, and refund the amount you paid for your tickets on the same payment method used for purchase. If you did not provide a valid email address upon checkout, it is your responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.

Entry to The Foodie Experience is solely at the discretion of security and/or the Event Organizers at the time of the event. No persons under the age of 21 will be permitted entry to the festival. We may conduct security searches upon entry at our discretion to ensure the safety of all festival goers.

The Foodie Experience and/or Taste of Dallas LLC cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal property or belongings that is lost, stolen or damaged, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal injury, accident or illness.

Ticket holders or attendees of the event consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded as members of the audience. The resulting film footage, images and recordings may be used to promote The Foodie Experience in print, various forms of media, and on websites. You consent that the footage remains our property and we may use it in conjunction with promotion of our event however we choose.

The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, laws, safety announcements, and regulations while attending the event. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable The Foodie Experience, its security personnel, volunteers, staff, Longhorn Ballroom staff, or festival organizers to eject the ticket holder from the festival site without a refund.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in the FAQ section of our website.


Shipping Policy
All tickets will be delivered electronically via e-mail. It is the responsibility of the buyer to print tickets out prior to arrival at the festival and present tickets at the gate for entry. Lost tickets can be re-printed via the EventBrite website.

If you choose not to print out your ticket, smartphones capable of opening PDF documents can open the original email that is sent to you at the time of purchase, and we can scan your barcode via your phone.

Smartphone users also have the option to download the EventBrite application to pull up your tickets for scanning at the door.
