Promnite was born in a Los Angeles studio in 2014, but PJ Sledge’s career in music began years before that. Inspired by the underground sounds of Low End Theory and the Los Angeles beat scene, the New York native moved to the West Coast in 2011 where he quickly linked up with a group of producers who would go on to form Team Supreme.
After working on production for Diplo's Mad Decent label for a few years, PJ made the pivot to Promnite, which allowed him to explore a new range of sounds, genres, and tempos. Club, downtempo hip hop, and hard beats were now all on the table, and not long after Promnite’s inception, PJ was producing for Denzel Curry, playing a London Boiler Room with Danny Seth, and co-founding the club-focused collective, Athletixx, with fellow LA producers Hoodboi, Kittens, and Falcons.
Promnite continues to produce with the dark, metropolitan-inspired undertones he’s become known for while employing a graduated, songs-over-beats approach reflective of his personal, real world experiences. Snakecharmer, the forthcoming EP featuring Denzel Curry, Mark Johns, Mr. Carmack, and more, is a self-described “labor of emotion” and the next step in PJ’s ever-evolving progression as a musician and creative.

Hoodboi is the persona of LA-based DJ/producer Roger Schami. Beginning in early 2014, He gained widespread media attention with his club edits of 90’s throwback anthems. Since then, Hoodboi’s toured across the globe with world-renowned DJs such as A-Trak, Dillon Francis, and Flosstradamus, premiered his official Chromeo remix on BBC Radio 1, released his debut EP “Palm Reader” on Fool’s Gold Records, and collaborated with artists like Lido, Djemba Djemba, Sweater Beats, Alison Wonderland, DJ Sliink and many others.

Los Angeles producer/dj FALCONS has arrived at the forefront of a new generation blurring the lines between hip-hop, r&b, and electronic dance music. With his breakout Terra EP on Fool’s Gold Records, the young producer has crafted both radio-ready songs & underground club anthems in one breath. Terra received universal praise from outlets like The Fader, XXL Mag, Mass Appeal, and Complex, while gaining radio play across BBC Radio 1, Beats 1 and Rinse FM. Falcons’ explosive lead single, “Aquafina” featuring GoldLink, quickly amassed over 1 million streams and garnered support from heavyweights like Q-Tip, Virgil Abloh and A-Trak. Falcons has made major impact across the globe, touring his sound across North America, Asia, Europe and Australia with standout performances at Boiler Room and Coachella. 2015 was a massive year for the producer/DJ, but 2016 only has bigger surprises in store.

SAGE THE GEMINI
At 6-feet 5-inches tall, Sage The Gemini quietly makes his presence known when he walks into a room with a confident smile. That same presence defines his music. The 23-year-old Bay Area native stands out by not only writing, rapping, and singing, but also personally producing, recording, and even mixing the majority of his material.
His signature touch has yielded an impressive string of smashes since he first emerged in 2013. Without a cosign of any kind or traditional promotion, Sage’s self-produced breakout single “Gas Pedal” [feat. Iamsu!] went double-platinum and became his first Top 40 entry; receiving the remix treatment from none other than Justin Bieber. He followed up with “Red Nose,” also self-produced, which went from a regional sensation into a national hit, earning a RIAA platinum certification.
Next, he joined forces with Nick Jonas in 2015 for the hit “Good Thing,” which lit up Billboard’s “Hot 100” chart and notched over 17 million YouTube/VEVO views. Realizing a lifelong dream, he teamed up with Flo Rida for the platinum “G.D.F.R.”—which went Top 10 in ten countries and racked up 250 million YouTube/VEVO views.
His 2016 single “Now or Later” and the first release coming from his new partnership with Atlantic Records, sees Sage gleefully name check Lucious and Cookie from Empire and John Cena before shifting into the slick and sugary refrain rife with clever candy references.
“I just have a big imagination, period,” he goes on. “My songs are based on that. In my music, I’ll see color. It reminds me of candy, cars, or a girl. It just flowed on this one.”
As Sage puts it, he’s “bringing imagination back.” Pop culture could certainly use a healthy dose of fun, and he’s serious about that. “I’m like a big goofy kid. I love cartoons. Amazing World of Gumball, Family Guy, American Dad, and The Cleveland Show are some of my favorites. Nowadays, shit’s too somber. I like to keep it positive.”
That’s precisely why Sage’s music is going to resonate for a very long time to come with listeners everywhere.
Sage quite literally drives every element of his music. A multitalented artist, he’s an accomplished producer whose vision has fueled most of his biggest successes from inception to chart domination. “I love the challenge of making catchy urban music and doing bigger stuff, because I want to be the biggest artist on the planet,” he adds.

Tor was raised in a small mountain town on Canada’s west coast where he started experimenting with music production as a teenager. He further honed his skills while living in Australia, running a small recording studio and remixing some prominent Australian producers. He later produced the Sufjan Stevens hip hop mashup album ‘Illinoize’, which garnered a lot of critical and audience acclaim.
Now based in Vancouver and inspired by the positive feedback he received from his previous projects, Tor produced the album he had been wanting to make for almost 10 years: ‘Drum Therapy’. It combines layers of downtempo melodic beats, organic instrumentation, and the unmistakable sounds of dusty samples. For the album, he mined everything from 60’s Italian film scores and long-lost Turkish psych records, to Celtic folk hymns, exotic eastern instruments and deep south gospel. He also played many of the non-sampled elements himself, and treated the sounds to give them the warmth & texture he had always wanted the album to have.
‘Drum Therapy’ was released on Emancipator’s label ‘Loci Records’ in late 2012, receiving glowing reviews from critics and fans alike. Since then Tor has been touring all over the US supporting acts such as Emancipator, Bluetech & Random Rab, as well as getting in studio time producing remixes and new music for the next phase of his career.
Ilya Goldberg began training in classical violin at an early age in his birthplace of Perm, Russia. Since moving to the States in 2000 to pursue music full-time, his skill and dedication has guided him on the nomad’s path from the Cleveland Institute of Music to international tours out of his home base in Portland, Oregon.
In the classical realm, Ilya has performed with several Russian and American orchestras, chamber groups, and as a soloist. With over a decade of experience as a chameleonic studio musician on violin, viola, and mandolin he is lauded for his ability to fluidly adapt his improvisational mastery to any genre. His collaborators include Random Rab, Lynx, Rena Jones, The Human Experience, Future Simple Project and Devochka. Currently, he performs and works closely with innovative electronic trip-hop producer Emancipator.
As a producer under the moniker Lapa, Ilya weaves together musical stories with complexly textured harmonies, expansive melodies, and intricately layered beats.
