Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! The more the merrier.

What do I have to bring?

You should bring your own laptop computer and any needed peripherals and programs to work on it. Everything else will be provided. Please also ensure that your anti-virus software is up to date prior to the hack.

How much will it cost?

Thanks to our generous supporters, this event is completely free. If you would like to make financial contribution, you can do so in the registration process. We really appreciate your partnership!

Yes! We will be providing a light dinner on Friday evening, lunch on Saturday, and snacks/refreshments throughout the day to keep you energised and focussed.

FaithTech Australia Hackathon [MELBOURNE]

Join us for our first-ever FaithTech Australia Hackathon!

Happening simultaneously across three Australian cities (Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne) over a 24-hour period, we will be partnering with 3 key ministry organisations (Alpha Australia, OneHope and Vision Christian Media) across the country as we seek to apply our God-given abilities in technology and innovation to see the kingdom of God advance.

We will be working through the biblically-rooted 4D product design framework (discover, discern, develop, demonstrate) - a uniquely Christian way of building technology - which is a tool that we hope you can take back into your businesses and workplaces. Please note: we will be gathering online for a pre-hack meetup on Monday 20th October from 7-9 PM, where you will be briefed on all the essential information for the hack and be placed in your teams. Attendance at this pre-gathering is mandatory for all hack participants. The link will be for this meetup will be sent to you closer to the date.
