Fairfax Foray Bike Tour 2013

Get out of town on your bike! The Fairfax Foray is a free-wheeling bicycle adventure from San Francisco, over the Golden Gate Bridge and into Marin to the Fairfax Fair led. This day trip mini-fundraiser for the SF Bicycle Coalition cruises up the coast and offers a great change of scenery at a relaxed pace. A perfect jaunt for those looking for their first ambitious bike ride—you can do it! And Marin will be forever within your reach as a cycling destination!
Ride leaves from the Ferry Building at 8am SHARP.
Group will take the Larkspur Ferry in the afternoon back to San Francisco. Ferry fees are not included in registration. Ferry costs are $9 for one-way ticket from Larkspur to SF or with $6 with a Clipper Card. Ferry options include: Larkspur (11:40am), 1:40pm and 4:45pm or Sausalito: 12:45pm, 2:10pm and 3:50pm.
Riders can also choose to ride back to San Francisco.
Valet Bike Parking provided at the Fairfax Fair. Best to bring a bike lock too. Food can be purchased at the Fairfax Fair.
Ride Registration is a sliding scale donations of $10-$1,000 -- or become a member of the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition and the registration is on us!
