Fair Oaks EcoHousing Seminar

We will present the alternative real estate option, cohousing, by explaining the benefits and responsibilities of living in a cohousing community. It will consist of a 10 minute video describing Nevada City cohousing and introduces Fair Oaks Ecohousing (Sacramento), currently under construction with an expected move in date Dec 2019 and seeking members. A Q&A session will follow with handouts of site drawings, price of homes, individual house plans and how to take the next step.
