On February 19, 2018, the Seattle Office for Civil Rights began enforcement of the Fair Chance Housing Ordinance which prevents landlords from denying applicants housing based on their criminal history.

In this free online workshop, the Seattle Office for Civil Rights will explain how this law works and answer your questions. Additionally, there will be a fair housing overview and a refresher on alternative source of income. This workshop is designed for a general audience.

1. Registration closes on May 22, 2018, at 5:30pm.

2. On May 23rd, at 12pm, you will receive an email with a link to the webinar and materials. If participating by computer or laptop, you will see the materials online. If participating by phone, you can use the materials to follow along on the phone.
