This event is held annually and is the biggest and busiest event of the Pathfinder year. The Fair is primarily a time for parents and friends to see what the Pathfinders have done throughout the year. The day begins with a parade of all Pathfinders marching the streets of La Sierra. There are different events taking place throughout the day: demonstrations, participation, food booths and many other exciting activities as the day progresses.
The club director or secretary must submit the online registration form fifteen (15) days before the event. Registration deadline is Monday, May 6, 2013.
Onsite registration is required before clubs will be given their reserved space for booth(s). The club director or staff may register onsite at the Assembly Room (registration area) either Saturday evening from 8:00-10:00pm or Sunday morning from 6:00-8:00am. If you do not register by the designated time, you will not receive a space for your booth(s), time for your drill team, or Fair points.
All booths must pay a $50 refundable, cleaning deposit fee for each booth which is paid by cash or check on the day of the event. Fees will be returned after a coordinator has inspected the area for cleanliness. Clubs will receive a "clean" ticket for each booth to turn into registration for a refund of the deposit(s).
Pathfinder clubs can have a Display, Participation, Event and/or Food Booth. Remember you club is eligible for a Food Booth only if you also have a Display, Participation or Event Booth. No meat allowed.
