This special rate is only available through the event's contract and cannot be obtained by contacting the hotel directly or combined with any other promotions. Please note that all payments, including the mandatory minimum stay of three nights, are non-refundable once made, as they are part of the contractual agreement with the hotel. To adhere to this policy, a deposit for the first night must be secured by February 1, 2025, which confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms. The remaining balance for your room(s) will be due by July 1, 2025.

If you pay the first night of $153.00 by February 1, 2025, the 2nd and 3rd nights will remain at $153.00 per night. Any initial room night reserved after February 1, 2025, will result in the room being increased per night as $163.00 per night.
