Description

Storing documents and files on the cloud eliminates the loss of files and allows faculty and staff to access their files using multiple devices connected to the internet.

Office 365 offers a cloud-based environment for digital productivity. Attendees will learn how to safely store, edit, share, and collaborate on documents within OneDrive. The goal of this session is to provide users with varying skill levels and experience with Office 365 a better understanding of usage and document management through OneDrive.

In this session, we'll cover:

  • Where you can access your OneDrive folder.

  • Creating and editing documents online.

  • Easy ways to share documents and collaborate with co-workers.

  • Syncing your desktop computer or laptop with OneDrive.

  • Best practices in organizing and managing documents and files.


Special Note: This is a hands-on workshop. Instructors and staff are encouraged to bring their own laptop computers.  Academic Technology will have limited Dell PC laptops on hand as well.
