ABOUT IRENE DELKA MCCRAY
McCray’s paintings and drawings arrive out of the soul realm of human experience. The episodes occurring between the body and cloth are meant to depict a deepness of spirit and grace, stirred with unease. McCray’s paintings and drawings of the figure have been exhibited widely, primarily in Colorado, New Mexico, and California. Her work is in the Denver Art Museum’s Permanent Collection.

ABOUT PATRICIA MCINROY
Patricia McInroy is a filmmaker, photographer and educator who grew up in Wyoming. She has screened her video work in more than 30 film festivals across the United States as well as in Europe and Latin America. Her photographs have been published in Newsweek, USA Today, and US News & World Report.

ABOUT THE FACULTY FOCUS SERIES
The Faculty Focus Series provides an opportunity to highlight and celebrate RMCAD faculty’s work and accomplishments as artists, researchers, and practitioners. Throughout this exciting and ongoing series, faculty members provide insight into their creative endeavors outside of the classroom and how those activities influence and energize their expertise and leadership within the RMCAD community. First Faculty Focus Presentation Topic For their first Faculty Focus talk, presenters share their art, design, or research practice and work. This may be a broad overview or a more focused look at a specific piece, series, or project. Second Faculty Focus Presentation Topic For the second round of Faculty Focus talks, presenters share some of their influences and connect those inspirations to their own creative work. These talks explore the various styles, philosophies, materials, techniques, or concepts that motivate and inform the faculty’s practice.
