In “Facing the Dragon,” two women refuse to be silenced and underestimated in male-dominated Afghanistan. Human Rights Day is observed by the international community every year on December 10. It commemorates the day in 1948 the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. With the screening of the documentary we aim to draw attention to human rights and situations in which these are at stake.
