Description

Facing Race
Your life. Your stories. Your identity.
Three town halls. Nine stories. One big look at important issues of race in Canada.

Canadians may have universal access, but that doesn't mean everyone gets the same care. From mental health to on the job abuse, host Piya Chattopadhyay will be in Vancouver to hear directly about how your race impacts your experience in the healthcare system.

Join us in person in CBC Vancouver's Studio One. Doors open at 6:30PM.

You can also listen live, get the podcast or watch the town halls LIVE on Facebook.

This event is scheduled to be broadcast on The Current on CBC Radio One on Friday March 2, 2018. It is the second of three public forums in Canada.

You can find all the details at cbc.ca/thecurrent.
