Facilitator Training for Corporate Clients (5 days)

Becoming a certified Arbinger Facilitator for your organization is rewarding both personally and professionally.
It involves the following 3 basic steps:
- Fulfilling prerequisites prior to the Facilitator Training course
- Attending the week long Facilitator Training course
- Becoming certified.
Upon completion of certification Facilitators are licensed to deliver seminars for their employing organization only.
Arbinger facilitator training is an advanced level training program that dives quickly into the “deep end” of Arbinger’s philosophy. We ask that participants come prepared to deepen their understanding of Arbinger’s material, explore its application to their personal and work lives, and adopt Arbinger’s out-of-the-box method of delivering its material.
The following prerequisites must be completed before attending any facilitator training:
- Attendance at a two-day Arbinger seminar
- Read both Leadership & Self Deception and The Anatomy of Peace.

Arbinger Facilitator Training is a 5 day, Monday through Friday course.
The courses combines the understanding and delivery of Arbinger material to individuals and organizations to enable change and improve effectiveness. Because Arbinger is not a compilation of ideas, but a complete philosophical accounting for self-deception, a significant dimension of the training is learning to be able to comprehend and deliver all the principles as facets of a whole ‘view’ in a logically coherent manner.
During the weeklong training experience participants learn:
How to facilitate Arbinger’s core philosophy
- How to facilitate applying Arbinger’s core philosophy to the workplace
- How to ensure that your way of being invites an out-of-the-box space for participants
- To reflect carefully and deeply upon personal boxes that impede facilitator excellence
The course times are from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday through Friday (Friday ends at or soon after 2 pm. We ask that you not schedule your flight home before 4:30 pm on Friday), with an hour break for lunch each day (provided by the Oakridge Country Club).
Licensing & Certification
Upon successful completion of the 5 day course, Facilitators are certified to utilize the Arbinger core material in their employing organization only. A contract will be signed with the individual at the end of the training outlining the scope of delivery, including what material they can utilize and the costs of training packets to be.
Note in the event of employment termination or a change of company, the facilitator is not automatically certified to deliver Arbinger material in their new organization. The new company must first sponsor the trainer and enter into a new trainer agreement with Arbinger.
Training and consulting firms, external executive coaches, and other external organizational development service providers must receive prior approval by Arbinger before registering for any Arbinger courses (please indicate this in your application below).
Facilitator Training Fees
Corporate/Governmental - Internal Facilitators: $5,995 per person
Non-Profits - Internal Facilitators: $2,995 per person
