Facilitated IEPs are an important part of Alternative Dispute Resolution. This valuable two-day training will provide opportunities to practice facilitation and recording skills, broaden your problem-solving techniques, enhance your confidence with challenging group situations, demonstrate how to leverage diverse opinions and styles and positively impact your organization.
This training includes homework as part of the requirement. There is a separate 'Part 2' third day of training offered on 3/7/17; please see that listing for details and cost.
Participants have shared that by attending this training local disputes have decreased as a result of staff using the tools and skills they have acquired.
Other comments have included that by modeling techniques taught at the training the benefits have extended to those far beyond the participants in attendance.
“I really enjoyed the workshop in its entirety; practical; sense of humor; realistic and focused on realistic implementation by the group/audience. I need to “look” for opportunities to use this process and all the strategies.” --Comment from a General Education Administrator
