Event description

Description

Presented by: Express Employment Professionals of Rock & Walworth Counties, Irontek, Humming Roots Media and the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce

Faces of Change is an educational tool intended to shed light on the different generations in the workplace and best practices on how to manage them. With greatly varying beliefs, influences, and traits, it's bound to cause some conflict. Delving into the characteristics of Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, Millennials, (and soon to be Linksters), this program will help you understand generational shifts and expose areas in your business that are prone to generational conflict.

Join us for a free lunch and a panel discussion led by representatives from each generation. Seats are limited - register now!

Donations will be taken at the door to benefit Project 16:49. Project 16:49 is a nonprofit organization serving Rock County's unaccompanied homeless teens.
