Susan Arruda brings her unique training style to RYU with her Fab Foam Roller Workouts!

If you use foam roller in your Pilates and Yoga based workouts, then you will enjoy this revolutionary way of training that uses the Foam Roller beyond self massage and myofascial release techniques. In Susan’s workout, the foam roller is utilized for resistance, plyometrics, isometrics and flat out fat disintegrating moves.

If you have never used a foam roller beyond just for stretching, you will experience a highly effective way to train that uses your body weight and incorporates IRT - Instability Resistance Training; one of the best ways to give you an edge to break through dreaded fitness and weight loss plateaus!

In this one hour intensive Fab Foam Roller Sweat and Sculpt Session, your muscles will be stimulated and overloaded in ways you’ve perhaps never experienced before, resulting in greater core and total body strength, balance, agility and flexibility!
