EXTRAordinarily out of the ORDINARY is an art exhibition showcasing exceptional works of art through various interactive mediums.
For the most part, if you ask someone to describe the term “entrepreneur,” they will tell you that it is someone who starts a business or wants to work for themselves. If you then ask them to describe some of the characteristics of an entrepreneur, they might throw out terms such as “risk taker, passionate, optimistic, thinks outside the box, etc.". This definition of an entrepreneur, however, is simply a snap judgment and leaves many without proper representation. EXTRAordinarily out of the Ordinary is an interactive and creative exhibition that demonstrates how the artists push the boundaries of their wildest dreams, while simultaneously showcasing that everyone has the qualities and aspirations of an entrepreneur.
On a daily basis, we all make decisions that are seemingly, ordinary. Our goal is to show you that these seemingly ordinary decisions can impact your life in extraordinary ways and throw you into situations that can impact you for the rest of your life. These situations present us with real opportunities to change our lifestyle -- our life -- and adapt our normal way of approaching whatever life throws at us.
When we surrender ourselves to make a decision independent of judgment or fear of failure, when we choose to embark on a path not chartered, we are engaging in a “small act of entrepreneurship." Anyone and everyone can be an entrepreneur - the characteristics embody thinking and doing something that we have not done before. This could be painting a picture, choreographing a new dance, solving a mathematical equation, or designing a new work of art. The entrepreneurial mindset exists within each and every one of us - it is up to us to recognize this phenomena and allow ourselves to exercise our true abilities.
