Stephanie, owner of Micro Mama's, will share her tricks on how to make amazing, health-promoting lacto-fermented veggie recipes that are loaded with beneficial bacteria! Use them as a condiment to bring some extra wow to your meals and also improve your digestive health. She'll show you how to make her Sunshine Citrus Carrot Blend just in time to brighten up the long days of winter looming ahead. In this hands on workshop, everyone will go home with a mason jar to finish fermenting at home and the knowledge to safely ferment your own crops to store and enjoy year around.
