 BASICS AND BEYOND

These  semi/private sessions are for beginners who want to cultivate a new yoga practice and also for the  seasoned  yoga practioner who want to deepen their yoga and meditaton practice.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Misia  Denéa has a B.F.A. from Esther Boyer College of Music and Dance at Temple University in Philadelphia.  In 2010 she graduated  from  New York’s Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. She also recently graduated from the Raw Food Institute and is a Raw Food Educator.

She has been teaching yoga for 7 years,  She is a 500 hour certified Yoga instructor( 200 hour  www.dhyana-yoga.com , Philadelphia and 300 Hour with Faith Hunter www.embracedc..com)  Her Yoga Classes are a  vinyasa style, with a focus on flow, prana, rhythm and mindfulness.She has taught yoga through out the US and Abroad, at conferences, Universities , to homeless individuals, to HIV positive adults and has journeyed to Belize and India to teach/practice yoga.

Misia is  here to support you on your journey to health and wellness , living a life that is Healthy, Abundant, Authentic and Full of Vitality!

 

INVESTMENT (  Prices will increase  March 2013)

$75  for 4 - 1 hour individual sessions
$125 for 4 - Partner/Friend  sessions  ( 2 people)
$ 200 for 4- Semi-Private sessoins ( 3-6 people)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* sessions will be located in the living room of my spacious sunny abode walking distance from lake merritt
*add $25 if you would like me to lead these sessions at your house or worklpace
*the sessions have to be completed in one month
* the normal rate for  private sessions is $65.00 an hour so I am extending a very reasonable/competive price for these private sessions : )
 
 Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If the client needs to cancel a session 24-48 hours notice must be given prior to the scheduled appointment. There are no make up sessions. No Refunds will be issued.
