About this Event

Are past criminal convictions, arrests, or court debts hampering your job search? Did you know that under Wisconsin law you may be eligible to have certain convictions or arrests expunged from your record? Join us on June 20 to learn more.

The Urban League of Racine and Kenosha, Urban League of Greater Madison, Foley & Lardner LLP, Legal Action of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association of African-American Lawyers, State Bar of Wisconsin, the City of Racine, Racine County, and Uplift 900 are holding a free Expungement Clinic on June 20. Registration is required.

Each attendee will receive a free, one-on-one consultation with an attorney to determine eligibility and receive assist completing and filing expungement paperwork with the courts. We will also have information available regarding job training and placement services, and advice for answering job application and job interview questions about your background.

You must sign up through this online form and select a 30-minute timeframe for your consultation. Space is limited, so we encourage to sign up right away.
