Event description
How is inclusion shaping design?

About this Event

Design touches every dimension of the human experience; it can determine where we belong and how we fit. When inclusive design is practiced solutions can extend to many, instead of just a few. Inclusion is choice. The recognition of exclusion is a skill that develops over time. How are innovative designers practicing it? Let’s get curious.

Join The Riveter for Nourish Night, a monthly panel discussion hosted by Michaela Ayers, Nourish Founder, alongside a powerhouse of thought leaders, to examine the concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in practice. This collaboration provides a space for the community to share a meal, make meaningful connections, and learn how to be an active advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion.

About:

Food for thought inspired by powerful ideas - Nourish Night is a facilitated conversation dedicated to uncovering the unshakeable value of human diversity and how it impacts our culture. Come get fed.
