Are there any prerequisites?

No. This is an introductory workshop. All exercised will have well defined goals and structure. The overall experience it will act as a good initial basis for further explorations and advanced courses offered at the Monroe Institute. Perhaps, the only prerequisite would be to have an open mind!

What should I bring to the workshop for listening to the audio exercises?

Accepted Answer

High quality stereo headphones will be provided but feel free to bring your favorite one if you want. Make sure it is stereo, wired, has a long wire, and preferably volume control. Earbuds, AirPods, or Bluetooth systems are not supported.

Question 3

What else should I bring to the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable clothes, journal, pen, blanket or cover, extra pillow, slippers or indoor slip-on shoes or any other comfortable shoes, extra socks, water bottle, and eye covers or eye mask if you wish.

Will there be food provided?

Accepted Answer

Snacks, water and warm drinks will be available. Lunch arrangements will be made closer to the event and based on the number of participants. Stay in touch.

What does the program look like?

We will be listening to several audio exercises. Each audio track would have a combination of specific sound frequencies, verbal guidance, ambient sounds, sound effects and music. The sound technology will be based on Hemi-Sync®, a patented, scientifically proven sound technology.

How can I continue the explorations after the workshop?

Accepted Answer

You will have several exercises to practice using the skills and consciousness tools on your own during the workshop. After the workshop, there will be take away exercises which you can listen to and practice. You may also join the community groups. Also, there is Expand® app available.

Is the venue wheelchair accesible?
