Join us for an introduction to the many services at PHLEX NYC that cater to both Prenatal and Postpartum women, a multi-faceted class experience, plus product giveaways and prizes!
About the class: Robin Reiter, DPT, ATC will go over the foundation of a healthy core and how to prevent /correct the abdominal muscle separation that often occurs during pregnancy known as Diastasis Recti. She will teach you methods to strengthen the transverse abdominis, aka the “corset,” that provides you with protection and stability for you and your growing baby. You will then have the chance to apply the techniques you learned to two different types of workouts. Pilates will be led by Lisa Kocsis, Pilates Master and Fitness Circuit will be led by Danielle Bogaty, CPT.
