About this event

Most of us at some point in our lives joined a book club or were part of a book discussion or delved deep into the gems of a great book. Rarely do people though think of doing the same thing with the Quran; thinking “well, it’s the book for Muslims, what does it have to do with me?”

⁃We invite you to join us at Good Tree Institute for a discussion via a direct interaction with the words of the Quran. Many people, regardless of their background, described the journey through Quran as inspiring, poetic, emotionally and intellectually challenging and thought provoking.

⁃“You don’t read the Quran, The Quran reads you” Dr. Jeffery Lang (Professor of Mathematics at the University of Kansas) says.

⁃Whether you’re a person of Faith or not, believe in God or not, spiritual or not, in this discussion you will have an opportunity of a powerful discovery about yourself, your life, and your world.

⁃This is not an invitation to become a Muslim. It’s merely an invitation to understand people around you and to benefit from the gems of the Quran for you as a human being.
