"Understanding True Prayer" on Friday Oct 5th, 7:00pm to 8:30pm
PRAYER is the salt of life and we cannot do without it. It is ingrained in the nature of Man to pray for the fulfillment of his wishes whatever they be. But more often than not we do not know what we may really pray for, how to pray, and what we may do to make our prayer a great dynamic force as may stir up Heaven’s mercy. This workshop examines the role of prayer in our spiritual development. Focusing on what the spiritual Masters in the Sant Mat tradition have said about True Prayer, we will discover how they suggest we should pray and what we should pray for.

Also each Friday evening is an opportunity to learn the technique of and different benefits of Jyoti (inner light) meditation. This is the easiest meditation of all as it doesn't require any special postures and can be practiced by anyone of any age.
