Students learn how to improve their marketing techniques and target them to residential investors. The class shows them how to create attractive follow-up campaigns (Yes, it is all about consistent follow-up) and nurture their leads by offering unique analytics reports through the year.

This class gives students the tools to become a powerful marketer. They learn the best online and offline techniques to generate and capture Investor leads through lead capture techniques, lead magnets, and signup forms. Students will also learn to better understand their Leads & Clients by their online and offline behavior.

Deal Flow System™
This class is part of the RIS Deal Flow System™. Agents will acquire the confidence and professionalism investors are looking for by mastering the Residential Investment techniques of the FACE-OFF model (Find>Analyze>Calculate Budget>Exit Strategy>OFFer).

Students learn how to become the investor’s go-to-agent. They also gain an arsenal of tools and techniques to keep their clients informed with the market. Their competitive advantage is in the knowledge of the Deal Flow System.

10:45 AM - Students arrive, sign-in, and networking.

11:00 AM - Class starts. The class is designed in 2 segments of 50 minutes with a 10-minute break in the middle and a 10-minute Q&A at the end.

Classes are followed by a 10-20 min product demonstration of our proprietary technology used in The Deal Flow Process This is our cutting edge tool that helps investors find discounted houses and rental income properties quicker than their competitors. Having the most accurate, up-to-date results, investors can hone in on exciting investment opportunities faster than anyone in the market. We believe business is get done through the right teams. Instructor Bio

Juan Carlos Cruz
He is an entrepreneur, real estate investments expert, and authority in Automated Home Valuations (AVM).

Juan Carlos understands how computerized systems can better assist humans to be incredibly more productive. He is always excited about demonstrating new releases of technology and investment tools that he is developing in his workshop. His favorite saying is, “You’ll be amazed to see productivity increase by hundreds of percent when you work with our tools.”

Creating a valuation model may be easier to say than do where you have thousands of views and possibilities. A set of computer algorithms can never replace a professional appraisal, but it can certainly do 95% of the work. Currently, his algorithms run thousands of valuations every day in the state of Texas.

He is focused on bringing new technologies to improve the ways of doing residential investments. In 2002, he successfully sold his Yellow Pages business as a platform investment to a PEG, which took the company nationwide. After the venture, he became a residential real estate investor and has done hundreds of deals buying and selling real estate investments. To find properties at a discount, he had to do thousands of CMAs and he became a national expert for his CMA and AVM work.
