Step inside our Wasserstrom Culinary Kitchen at Mitchell Hall and take a seat around the kitchen island as Chef Weber prepares a mouthwatering lineup of Cajun and Creole classics. You’ll experience the sights, sounds, and irresistible aromas of the Big Easy while learning about the rich culinary traditions that define Louisiana’s food culture.

During this fun and interactive evening, you’ll discover the stories behind iconic dishes and ingredients—from the smoky depth of a perfectly made gumbo to the flaky, powdered-sugar bliss of fresh beignets.
