Are you experiencing tension in your body almost everyday and you don't know where it's coming from? Do you feel irritable and stressed out right away?

Want to learn how to regulate your nervous system so that you can remain stable during stressful times?

Join me for one session to learn about and experience the therapeutic tremor. Or join me for the series to learn how to incorporate this into your personal practice. A minimum of 3 sessions are required to learn TRE for personal practice.

Our bodies are capable of healing and releasing tension if we allow it to. If you are currently experiencing tension, your body is dying to release it. That's why it probably keeps showing up repeatedly. I'm here to show you natural body exercises that will help you release tension caused by physical or emotional stress, work, relationships or trauma. TRE uses seven exercises to release the psoas muscle, the deepest and largest muscle in the body. This powerful muscle holds physical, emotional, and mental stress that we carry in our bodies over the course of our lives. We have all experienced trauma, and there are many forms that we may have come in contact with it.

A typical session starts by stretching and fatiguing muscles in the feet, and legs that are connected to the fight/flight/freeze response. These exercises help initiate your body’s own self-healing tremor. Once the therapeutic tremor begins, you will lie comfortably on a mat and allow your body to release tension, stress and trauma. When our nervous system is regulated we are in our social engagement and it's easier for us to build connections, feel at peace, be more creative, be present minded, increase our resiliency, be more focused.

Who this is for:

- TRE is beneficial for everyone especially individuals with anxiety, stress, depression, chronic pain, and physical tension.

- All ages are welcome, no experience is necessary

- Individuals with physical limitations are also welcome. If you have physical limitations that will prevent you from laying on your back, please inform us in advance.

- This practice is not suitable for individuals with brain implants and not encouraged for pregnant women, all other participants are welcome.
