Part Of Our ‘Yoga As A Means For Transformation’ Series.
Grace may be understood in many ways, as elegance and refinement of movement or to have an attitude of grace. Much of this can be applied to the rhythmical flow of postures in yoga.
This workshop will be an opportunity to practice intelligent movement incorporating both physical grace and ease of body and mind. As part of our series of Trnasformation Workshops, it will include mindfulness in all its forms, mindful of the breath, mindful of our intent in the poses and also meditation and contemplation so that with an attitude of grace you may experience transformation.
