Over the last 24 months, Group 46:10 Network has expanded their presence outside of Phoenix, AZ and has established new real estate teams in 10 unique markets across Colorado, Nevada, Tennessee, California and Arizona. In 2014, Group 46:10 Network closed 150 transactions for $30 million in volume. Due to their aggressive and successful expansion strategies, in 2016, Group 46:10 Network will close over 500 transactions for over $115 million in volume.
Expansion Bootcamp is an intense, intimate course designed by Kevin and Fred to share the intricate details of their expansion strategy and reveal how they execute on this strategy. This is NOT a course on what "you should do", rather, it is a course on what is working for Group 46:10 Network at a high-level.
The event will begin on Thursday night, December 8, 2016 at 5:00 PM where attendees will enjoy a private dinner party hosted by Group 46:10 Network at a local steakhouse. The main event will take place at Group 46:10 Network headquarters and runs from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, December 9, 2016.
