  • Quantitative evidence from VBM jurisdictions
  • What we can learn from high-absentee systems
  • VBM on the ground: the perspectives of campaign workers and election officials
  • Messaging and public perception
  • The impact of VBM in specific constituencies and communities of color
  • The pitfalls and concerns about VBM, and how to overcome them

This summit will bring together a mix of election reform advocates, academics, elections adminstrators, campaign professionals, and journalists. Vote By Mail is an election reform ripe for greater exploration. This conference will allow the gathered community to understand the existing evidence, discuss VBM’s  pros and cons, and create an agenda for research and reform in the future.
