Important Festival Pass Information, Rules & Regulations:

• Box Office Location: Level Up Lounge inside MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Located directly to the left of Hakkasan Nightclub entrance. Please follow the Hakkasan signs as soon as you enter MGM.

• Box Office Hours: TBA

• Bring your printed or mobile confirmation of purchase along with valid Picture I.D. You will require both to pick up your wristbands.

• If you used somebody else’s credit card to complete your purchase, you must have a photocopy of the picture ID of the credit card you used (both sides). For your security and the security of the person that owns the card, note that the first 12 digits of the credit card can be hidden.

• Once you arrive and enter the casino/venue, Exodus cannot be held responsible for your conduct or safety. This responsibility lies with the venues as Exodus does not employ staff at the events.

• Venues & Artists are subject to change at any time
• Each venue will have an arrival deadline time for all festival pass holders
• Each event is subject to capacity
• Venue security and management have the right to refuse entry for over intoxication
• Style code in effect at all nightlife events
• Beach wear in effect at all pool parties
• 21+ legal government ID is required for all events
