FAQ:

  • Can I share my booth? No, only one Company / Organization per booth.

  • What do I get with my exhibitor booth/table? All booths are 8x10 structures with two 8' table and two chairs, 2 event tickets and two conference T-shirts. The booths will be sectioned and will be open for public access. All table rental s are 8’ with two chairs and 1 conference ticket and 1 T-shirt.

  • What if I need additional items? You will have an opportunity to rent additional tables and chairs. *Additional tables $40 Additional chairs: $10

  • Is electricity available? Yes, but you must bring your own 100 ft extension cord.

  • What is the difference between "Standard", "Premium", "Corner" booths? All our locations receive visibility and foot traffic and we have plenty of booths and tables throughout the exhibitor room. "Premium" booths are next to the corner booths. "Standard" booths are in the center of premium booths. "Corner" booths give you an additional side of exposure to the public. All booths are 8x10, all tables are 8 foot draped and skirted tables.

  • Can I pick my booth location? No, however, you will be given to opportunity to make a request for a location and we will attempt to accommodate your request.

  • What is the refund policy? If you wish to cancel your paid reservation, e-mail the conference committee before noon, January 30, 2020 to receive a refund less a $35 processing fee. Cancellation after that date will result in forfeiture of fee.

IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES: Conference dates: April 2 - 5, 2020

  • Setup: Thursday 3/26/20 at 11:00 AM to 3:00 (Conference begins at 3:00 PM)

  • Ticket+Pass Distribution: Pick up your passes and T-Shirts at the HOC2020 Registration booth on Thursday 4/2/20 starting at 10:00 AM.

  • Teardown: Teardown will start on Sunday 4/5/20 at 11:00PM
