Strategies for Struggling Learners
A Conference on Literacy and Learning Issues

Dear Exhibitors,

We invite you to join us at our annual conference, Strategies for Struggling Leaners on Saturday May 6th, 2017. This is our 38th year of great literacy conferences in Southern California. As in past years, we are limiting our exhibitor space so that each exhibitor receives the greatest amount of exposure to participants. We will continue our popular special introduction to exhibitors . At the conference introduction on Saturday morning, we invite each exibitor to talk to the whole group for 2-3 minutes. The purpose is to give YOU opportunity to explain what you have to offer and excite the participants about visiting your booth during the breaks!!

Our exhibit hall opens during breakfast on Saturday morning (at 7:30 am) and we scheduled two additional half-hour exhibit times plus lunch time. Each of the exhibitors’ tables (size 6’ x30”) will have a table skirt and chair. The exhibit fee includes Saturday meals (breakfast and lunch) and snacks for one person. The cost is $300 for the first person and $65 for each additional person. Our special non-profits fee is $200 for the first person, and $65 for additional.

Our target population includes parents, early childhood caregivers and teachers (public or private school). Our participants greatly appreciate exploring and purchasing educationally related materials. Schools and clinics often rely on our recommendations in selecting materials and the individual teachers are seeking materials to use with students, to facilitate their own teaching, and to share with parents. Parents seek materials to use at home with their own children.

Exhibitor set-up may be able to begin on Friday May 5th - we'll have to wait until closer. For sure, you may come early on Saturday morning, May 6th.
