Event description
HSS offers a multitude of programming and practical information on musculoskeletal conditions to patients and the public.

About this Event

Osteoarthritis occurs more frequently as we age, and pain in the hands, neck, lower back, knees, or hips can pose significant challenges to everyday functioning. Exercises have been shown to reduce pain and maintain joint movement, strengthen the muscular support around the affected joints as well as prevent the joints from "freezing up." Join us to learn how to exercise safely and effectively while living with osteoarthritis.

Space is limited to 30 participants.

Instructors: Lauren Barber, MD, Christopher Brusalis, MD, and Daniel Driscoll, MD
