Guided through a series of diaphragmatic breathing patterns and techniques alongside a calming yet vibrant soundscape, you’ll learn to regulate your breath to support nervous system balance.
A simple yet powerful practice to help you feel more connected, spacious and steady both in body and mind.
This a very safe, calming style of breathwork to support and balance the nervous system. No experience needed. All levels are welcome.
